How It Works

Once you've registered with TradiePoint, there are two ways to get jobs.

Customers Book You Directly

Step 1: Customers find you and describe their job to you

Customers search for a tradie based on the type of tradie that they need and the location of their job.

They can upload photos to better describe the job to you.

Customers see your listing and they book you, describing the job that needs to be done, where the job is and propose a time.

Step 2: You get notified by e-mail

You get notified by e-mail that a customer has tentatively booked you.

Step 3: You confirm the job

You can confirm the job as well as finalise the time of the job and assign tradies in your business to the job.

During this time you can reschedule the job if you need to and, on the day of the job, let the customer know that you're on your way

or if you might be running a little late.

Step 4: Keep updated on the new job

Get reminders that the job is coming up and keep the customer informed if you need to reschedule.

On the day of the job, let the customer know that you're on your way or if you might be running a little late.

Step 5: Mark the job as being completed

When the job's done, mark the job as being completed on the website.

Good ratings help other TradiePoint users find you and help you get more work.

Quoting on a Customer's Job

Step 1: Customers post a job to be quoted on onto TradiePoint

Customers post a job that they want quoted on, describing the job that needs to be done and where the job is.

They can upload photos to better describe the job to you.

Step 2: You get notified by e-mail

If you're of the right type of tradie and if the job is in your area, you get notified by e-mail

Step 3: Quote on the job

You can choose to respond by making a quote.

You can even tell the customer you need a call-out to quote on the job.

Step 4: The customer accepts your quote

If your quote is successful, you'll get the customer's full details and location of the job.

Step 5: Keep updated on the new job

Get reminders that the job is coming up and keep the customer informed if you need to reschedule.

On the day of the job, let the customer know that you're on your way or if you might be running a little late.

Step 6: Mark the job as being completed

When the job's done, mark the job as being completed on the website.

Good ratings help other TradiePoint users find you and help you get more work.
